That CPAC rap thing…

Saturday, February 11th, 2012

No, I’m not posting that racist piece of shit here. Those two dopey assholes yelling the N word to the only black person in the room who was walking out in disgust…just the beginning folks. By the end of the election the Republicans will probably start showing up in KKK regalia. Just a matter of time now before Romney, Gingrich, Santorum or one of their acolytes will use the N word in regards to the President. And their goose will be well and truly cooked. It’s only going to be a matter of by how big of a margin the President will be re-elected-it’s like my sister says, they do NOT know who they are dealing with.

I just saw the President’s news confrence about the birth control issue with religious institutions…

Friday, February 10th, 2012

And once again-I don’t understand what the problem is. For all the whining from the “shove it down their throat” left, you’d think the President totally caved. He didn’t. All that happened was that the Administration agreed to exempt religious institutions from having to pay for contraceptive care for women. That’s it. That doesn’t mean the women who work for those institutions will not GET contraceptive care-indeed, it will be offered by the insurance provider anyway FREE OF CHARGE. Once again, the Petulant Left proves they don’t want a President operating under the Constitution-something they said all the time during W Bush’s reign of stupidity-they want a dictator that’ll shove extremist Left ideology down the throats of the other side. Sorry, y’all can go to Venezuela if you want that. That kind of shit would start a shooting civil war in THIS country.

Overconfident? No.

Tuesday, January 17th, 2012

I’ve read some grumping from Talking Points Memo that claims some Obama supporters are “overconfident”. That’s bullshit. If anything, we are realistic. Guys, this is the 2010 elections in California, and Mitt Romney is Meg Whitman-and Obama is Governor Jerry Brown. Meg Whitman was one of the WORST candidates in American political history. She had absolutely NO charisma, and was as stiff as a board in public. Sure, it was her first campaign, but that’s no excuse. Brown let Meg shoot her mouth off and be awkward and stiff in public all the way until a month before Election Day. He then hit Meg with his superior money and his superior politics. Poor Meg didn’t stand a chance. Obama’s going to do the same thing, but he’s going to start a lot earlier than Jerry did. And the Republicans won’t know what hit them.
All the President has to do is keep doing his job while the GOP idiots blabber on about firing “liberal” government officials and making “sodomy” illegal. Even Mittens has pandered to the Cracker Barrel in his party by saying he’d “support man-woman marriage”. Considering his past in Massachuttsets, that’s a rather stupid thing to say.
What we want is a landslide SO crushing that the Republican Party will have to get rid of the Far Right nutbags and shift back to the center. And I believe that’s what is going to happen. Am I going to sit back and think Obama’s got this? No. Why in the hell do you think I have this blog? I’m not stupid. But-I do believe we are on the right track. Watch.

HA, HA, HA, HA, HA! Another promise kept and another asshole dead.

Friday, October 21st, 2011

I’m sorry I haven’t posted that much-school is kicking my butt. The GOOD news is that I’m getting a straight B average in all my classes. However, I’m very glad things are now looking up for the President. Speaking of that-WHEN are the Republicans going to stop underestimating this guy? In the last two days, Moamar Gaddafi, the murder of American college students in Lockerbie, Scotland and all-purpose asshole is dead, and the War in Iraq is FINALLY over and our troops will be coming home before the holidays. And boy, are they depressed. Jon Stewart ripped them a new asshole, and here’s some of what he said-he’s in rare form these days:

“Is there no republican who can be gracious and statesmanlike like in this situation? We removed a dictator in six months, losing no American soldiers, spending, like, a billion dollars rather than a trillion dollars, and engendering what appears to be good will in a people who now have a prideful story of their own independence to tell (not to mention oil, they have oil). Anybody want to give credit?”

And he’s right-is there NO Republican who will say, “I compliment our President on a job well done. He didn’t get us too involved in this, didn’t spend a lot of money, and got rid of a guy who had killed many Americans. Thank you, sir.” Of course not. That means he’s WINNING. And not in the Charlie Sheen way.

A note to the frustrati attempting to post here..

Tuesday, September 20th, 2011

You might as well NOT post, and if you do, your posts will be put in the trash where they belong. I refuse to listen to a bunch of third columnist whiners bashing our President, therefore that won’t be allowed here-just like it’s not allowed on The People’s View. You idiots really thought you could come on Pragmatic blogs and post your bullshit? Bitch, please. You want to vote third party? Fine. Don’t call yourself a Democrat, because you’re not. Call yourself what you really are- A REPUBLICAN. Don’t like it? Tough FUCKING shit. It’s my fucking blog, and I will curse all I want to. You want to try me? Bring it on you America-hating assholes. All you do is LOSE. ETA-sorry-every time you post, I’m going to keep trashing your comments. I’m not a troubled person. I’m fine. I’m not the one trying desperately to bring down the best President this country has had in 30 years. You are.

Another genius moment from the President…

Monday, September 19th, 2011

Once again, the GOP is in one hell of a dilemma. And it’s not just the Jobs Act-it’s that Buffett Rule that came out today courtesy of the President Of The United States. And, it’s a doozy. The GOP either votes to RAISE TAXES on millionaires or the little Teanagers get voted out of office in 2012. THAT is the conundrum the GOP has been given on a silver platter today. WHEN are the firebaggers and the lamestream media going to STOP underestimating this guy? Oh, and Bill Maher and Michael Moore can kiss my ass. What Maher really meant to say was this: “I voted for the black guy and got this pussy ass disgusting word I refuse to say.” I voted for the BEST PERSON FOR THE JOB, not the “black guy”. And President Obama proves it once again-he’s the best person for the job. And I’m SO glad I voted for him. Go to it, Mr. President. Give those bastards hell. Oh, and New Rule: Stop being such a racist and misogynistic asshole, Bill.

This guy is BRILLIANT! A VERY clever move by the President….

Friday, September 9th, 2011

President Obama’s at his best when he’s on the offensive rather than the defensive. And last night’s jobs speech is a brilliant move on the part of the President. He’s got the GOP trapped by their own agenda, and he’s got the PL trapped by THEIR agenda. They’ve been whining about jobs since the 2010 midterm campaign. And now, I’m sure they’re regretting that move. Because the President has just released the most sensible jobs bill I think anyone has ever released. Just the payroll tax cut alone traps the Republicans in their own tax cut bullshit. And the other parts of the bill trap the PL in THEIR FDR bullshit.

OK, so President Obama isn’t FDR. But-he’s unveiled a program to repair our infrastructure that reminds me very much of the WPA and CCC that FDR created. No, there’s no alphabet soup names to them. But, his proposal to not only modernize this country’s infrastructure but to put the unemployed back to work doing it is classic FDR.

Also, there’s the payroll tax holiday, the $4,000 tax credit to employers who hire the long-term unemployed, the proposal to reform regulations that will facilitate access to capital for entrepreneurs and small business and the increase in tax credits to those employers who hire unemployed veterans. This is classic Republican territory that President Obama’s stomping around in. And it’s a brilliant move. By co-opting such Republican talking points as payroll tax cuts (that even REAGAN wanted and never got) he’s sent the message that he isn’t afraid of the Tea Bullies. He’s taking the fight right to their faces. He’s going to use Republican talking points to beat the shit out of them.

The words “Pass this bill right away” will be haunting the Tea Party if they don’t get out of the way and let the adults talk. I basically see a much worse version of the hostility that faced the TP during those town hall meetings they had during the August recess. The President is going to get this bill passed, and if he has to use the American people to bully the Tea Party in order to do it, then he will. This is another brilliant move on the part of the President.

Edited to add something I had missed. But-this is not just brilliant, it’s FUCKING BRILLIANT:
The American Jobs Act is based on ideas supported by both Democrats and Republicans, and is fully paid for by closing corporate tax loopholes and by asking the wealthiest Americans to pay their fair share. It would have an immediate impact on job and economic growth, but Congress has to act now.

He’s got the GOP by the nuts on this one. If they don’t pass this jobs bill, there will be unlimited hostility towards them-even MORE than there is now with their approval ratings at 19%. If they PASS the bill, there goes tax cuts for the wealthy. A tactical move that Machiavelli would have approved of.

And they really think an ignoramus like Perry can beat Obama in November, 2012? Bitch, PLEASE.

“Obviously, you’re not interested in listening.”

Tuesday, August 16th, 2011

Tea Party Assholes try to bully the President-good luck on that.

Of course they’re not interested in listening, Mr. President-they’re interested in BULLYING. And you stood your ground, as you always do. Of course, magical thinking is not limited to the Far Left-the FAR RIGHT does it too. That balanced budget amendment is a trap.

What the President said at that news confrence that just ended….

Monday, August 8th, 2011

Listen, I understand some of us are nervous about the President’s re-election chances with this bullshit going on. But-let’s remember who we’re talking about here. Remember the 2008 campaign? Remember when just about every political pundit out there was making fun of the skinny Black guy with the funny name who had the nerve to challenge one of the most powerful names in the Democratic party? Remember when he won? And-remember when the Republicans went after him with all the racism they could muster? And he won? This is a guy who lands on his feet, like a cat. He’s going to come out of this debt ceiling bullshit smelling like a rose. And he will be re-elected in 2012. Besides, who does the GOP have? Mittens and his magic underwear? Huntsman? Dona Quixote and Sancho Queeny? Cain-who’s not able? Ron Paul? Fred Karger? Princess Shooting Moose-although she hasn’t been stupid enough to throw her hat in the ring, yet-? It’s just a question of by how much. Will he win by the skin of his teeth? Or by a crushing landslide? Nobody knows at the moment. Keep the faith, everyone.

Thank you, Steven Weber

Friday, August 5th, 2011

Since I’m not giving Zsa-Zsa any clicks, here’s an article by Steven Weber from HuffPoach-hell, they steal articles all the time. Anyway, for some rare common sense from HuffPoach in the midst of all their lying headlines about the President allegedly “being in trouble”, here it is:

Hey! Remember when Libs and Dems automatically assumed they were smarter than their so-easily manipulated, low-convolution count Right-Wing counterparts?

Remember when they pitied those squelched, moderate, sane Republicans who had clearly been overwhelmed by their party’s deep, wet, sloppy embrace of the of fringe berserkers and who were almost forced to jettison any pretense of achieving things through a traditional democratic process?

Remember when the Left even accepted the fact that it was itself ill equipped to wage a similar psychological blitzkrieg by dint of its sheer damnable humanity and cursed reason and swishy analytical tendencies, lacking the cohesion to put even the least offensive social policies across in order to sate an exploited and misused public hungering for simple answers to complex questions, they at least had an understanding of the predictable ebbs and flows of our nation’s sociopolitical history?

Then you’re just playing the role you’re being programmed to play.

For, to buy into the writ-in-crayon meme of Obama having “let us down” or being “vulnerable in 2012″ or that he is in any way “less than what we hoped he would be” makes us — the supposedly smarter, more sensitive, better educated Liberals — into the slobbering chumps we have characterized our opposition to be. We’ve just processed our hypnotic suggestions through our hopelessly-hampered-by-Liberalism brains differently.

Here are the facts: Barack Obama was handed the worst situation imaginable in this modern era and has taken all the steps possible to correct the catastrophe. And saps that we are, many — including myself — have felt less than satisfied.

It’s a cheap parlor trick and the Right has been expertly employing it (the only employment they can be credited with creating) for some time: going so extreme in rhetoric and gesture that any compromise in response only seems reasonable and right, even when by most standards it most certainly ain’t. Going absolutely apeshit with the manufactured debt ceiling crisis yielded a shit deal which seemed reasonable and in their favor. Going bull goose loony with health care yielded flawed and inadequate legislation. Vomit round-the-clock nonsense about patriotism and “otherness” and socialism and you get a comfortably ignorant mass, motivated by fear and repulsed by traditional values of ethics, service and thrift. But be assured that this is a pas de deux, not a solo.

The Right is such a writhing spectacle of insanity, hubris and Bald, Bullying Bad that the Left’s inevitable response, as much devoid of subtlety, is a fitting match and anything other than the Right’s complete eradication — an understandable but irrational desire given the IEDs strewn in Obama’s path from minute one — is doomed to failure. This president has had attack dogs snapping at his legs, hands, throat and nuts while still trying to govern a broken country with intelligence, play the corporate game and just survive. And all at the same time.

But the Left forgets that it, too, lives in a world of the 24 hour spews — sorry — news cycle and despite a healthy disdain for such Orwellian invention is itself vulnerable to it’s toxic runoff and collateral effects. Witness then, the current and utterly predictable disappointment with our besieged president.

So even the highest dudgeon fits the contrived scenario perfectly. American consumers didn’t buy the unholy scourge that is Ring-Around-the-Collar for nothing. The dudes marketing capitalism know exactly what they’re doing and how to pierce even the most impregnable hearts and minds.

So just because you listen to NPR, wanna sleep with Rachel Maddow (even if it’s only for the cuddling) and know that there was a film industry that pre-dates Star Wars doesn’t mean your brain is not washable. Our instincts about Obama were sound — he’s got the goods. The Right’s instincts about him were sound, too. He threatens their primacy for a reason and are therefore going after him with everything they can concoct. Hell, the Tea Party’s instincts, misapplied and misused though they may be, are sound as well. Better, more efficient, more accountable government? I’m there!

So, Libs and Cons alike: turn Slim Whitman up to 11 and fight the power that is desperate to stop Americans from doing the work that is before us. And that we smartly elected our president to do.

Snap out of it!

Finally. Someone on HuffPoach who gets it. Let’s see how long he lasts there.
